Leah, who handles the contracts and scheduling, communicated everything to us very efficiently and promptly. She left no questions unanswered. Damian, who completed the work in our home, was extremely honest, very knowledgeable in his field and his workmanship was clean and just top notch. I appreciated their integrity - everything they said they would do and when they would do it was followed through on. They also guided me through the renovation process with many suggestions for sub-contractors, designers and advice on various options for the changes we made. I enjoyed working with SWFL and found them to be professional, communicative, and honest in their estimate and work. The project we had was small and we found contractors refusing the work or overbidding. Not only did SWFL make our project seem just as important as any other, but they also helped track down the needed parts, stayed in contact throughout the ordering and shipping process, and were quick and curious in scheduling the project date when the parts arrived. The installation went smoothly, with professionalism through to the very end, and in my mind, they have made a loyal customer for any other contractor/home project needs. We just had SWFL premier construction corp repair damages to our travertine pool deck. The tiles were sinking very badly and deep air pockets in the soil under the tiles due to poor installation from pool builder. Damian was prompt and efficient in his work.
